[With Peralta Energy]  This family came to us with a few questions: Are we using water efficiently? Is there something we can do to make our living room less drafty and cold (and more livable) short of replacing their beautiful, old, single pane windows?  Through testing and research, we were able to answer their questions and provide a realistic action plan for them to implement, doing some of the work themselves and hiring specialists where needed. In fact, there were lots of leaky locations that were easy to seal, without having to replace their beautiful historic single pane windows.
