MLK Lofts
An infill loft project in North Oakland
[With Thomas Dolan Architecture] We designed the façade and floorplans for this new five story 27 unit loft project.  The project has a mix of single story and 2 story units, and was designed to complement some of the historic storefront buildings in the area, while reflecting a more contemporary look for the new lofts, located around a rear courtyard.
